Reception

Hotel reception works 24h, personnel have knowledge of English language and will kindly answer all of your question, call a cab, help with luggage and similar. You can also use room service, laundry service, photocopy machine, internet, fax, you can get wake up call, domestic and foreign newspaper and magazines.

 

Usage

  • Guest must report check-out to reception before 12 am and leave room till 2 pm.
  • Valuable things and money can be left on reception for safe keeping. Hotel doesn’t have any responsibilities for things that disappear if they weren’t left for safe keeping.
  • Guest can’t bring animals into hotel (hotel room).
  • Guest can’t bring into hotel easily flammable things and explosives, arms or materials with irritating smell. Guest is required to put arms he have license to carry into hotel safe on reception.
  • If guest get ill with contagious disease, hotel can cancel his further stay.
  • Guest is responsible for any damage he made on hotel inventory and he have to pay for that damage.
  • You can pay for hotel services upfront, after or if staying longer every 5 days.
  • Hotel must get back all things that guest have forgotten. Price of delivery will be paid by guest. Things that can’t be delivered will be kept in hotel for 1 year.

  • Al hotel service can be paid in cash in local currency or with credit or debit cards (we accept: DINA, VISA, VISA electron, DINERS, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD) or with direct payment from abroad to our foreign exchange account.
