You can book a room by phone, fax, e-mail or through our site. Your reservation is valid only if we send you written acceptation (by fax or e-mail)

You can book hotel services in Serbian and English language. You need to precisely define kind of service you need, starting date and hoe long you will need it. Precise name and address of user with phone number, fax, and identification of credit (debit) card. Hotel will reply to your reservation immediately or in short period of time.

Hotel will save room for the guest with confirmed reservation till 9pm, and if no notification from guest has arrived, consider that guest will not use that room, so the room becomes available again.

Cancellation of arranged services, tourist agencies and other companies must do in written way before prearranged deadline. Deadline for cancellation of more than 2 days accommodation is 14 days before arrival for groups and 7 days before arrival for individual guests. For less than 2 days accommodation deadline is 7 days before arrival for groups and 3 days for individual guests. Individual reservations can be canceled 2 days before arrival.

If you cancel reservation after that deadline, or you don’t cancel at all, you need to pay hotel price of 1 day stay (for reserved room)

Tourist agency need to give all clients that are coming corresponding voucher.
